Mechanism

Dicyclomine
Acts as an anticholinergic agent, relaxing smooth muscles of the gastrointestinal tract and relieving spasms and pain.
Activated Dimethicone
Reduces surface tension of gas bubbles, allowing them to coalesce and be expelled easily, thereby relieving bloating and discomfort.
